Can I place a manual order instead of ordering my photos online?
Yes, you can; however, we suggest customers order online so that there is no confusion of what photos and products are being ordered. We can process prints sized 4x6 to 16x20 in-house (including memory mates & framed memory mates). If an order is placed via phone or storefront visit, a processing fee of $4.25 for the order will be charged. Please allow 2-5 business days for your phone or in-house order to be fulfilled (rush order may incur an additional charge). When your order is complete, we will give you a call at the number you provide. You may pay for prints upon pick-up. Prints will NOT be mailed/sent without payment.
In order for us to fulfill orders in-house, you must have the picture number and desired size available upon calling. The picture number is similar to BCG_1234.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can log-on to your account on bluecardinalphotography.com to view your shipping & tracking information. You are also free to email firstname.lastname@example.org to check the status of your order.
How long does it take for photos to be available to order?
All photos take roughly 2-5 business days to process and upload and be available to order online.
How long will it take to get my order form picture envelopes?
Pictures ordered with an order form take roughly 2 weeks to process, print, and be delivered to your coach/school. During heavy sports seasons (beginning of fall, spring, and winter) your pictures may take a bit longer to process due to the overwhelming number of orders being processed. If you have questions as to when you will receive your pictures, feel free to email email@example.com to check the status of your order.
I forgot to send the order packet with my child on picture day. Can I still order pictures?
Of course! Pictures are posted online about 2-5 days after photoshoots and can be ordered at http://store.bluecardinalphotography.com. You can browse the different pictures and chose which products you would like to buy. All of the products & packages on our order envelopes are available online. Additional products are online as well.
Can I crop images?
Most of our products do allow cropping pictures; however, products that Blue Cardinal supplies directly DO NOT allow cropping in the ordering system. If you would like to have a picture cropped for these products, please make note of it in the instructions text box when you add the product to your cart. To do this:
1. Add the product to your cart
2. On the confirmation page click "Preview & Configure"
3. Type your instructions in the instructions box on the right side (Describe what you want to be cropped out and what you would like included in the picture. Please be as descriptive as possible.)
4. You can click on the instructions text in your cart to modify your selection
NOTE: Some products supplied by our other vendors allow for picture cropping but iPhone & iPad cases do not.
How long will my pictures be online to order?
Pictures will be available to order online for 4 years. If they are not available online, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or (717) 450-5417 to order. Pictures older than 4 years will still be able to be ordered but may incur a small fee.
Where is my school/sport/league product template?
If you cannot find your school, sport, or league template for any of the products we offer, please contact us directly at email@example.com or on our office line (717) 450-5417. (Hours: M-F 8am-4pm)
Payment & Billing
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to order pictures.
Is my credit card information safe?
The website is totally secure. Credit card information is used per order, and your credit card information is not stored on the site.
Why do I have multiple orders and shipping charges?
Some of our products are provided by multiple vendors. There will be a separate order placed and a separate shipping charge incurred by each vendor when purchasing one of their products. Your cart will display this information when you check out with one of these items.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing your order. You can do so by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling (717) 450-5417. We do approve all orders manually, so if we see an issue with your order, we will contact you before approving the order.
